Invidia HR (operating under number 6696) is a junior – mid level recruitment and employment business working with select Clients in Krakow and Poland, in order to recruit the best talent for our partners. Currently on behalf of our client, international company, we are looking for:
Purpose of the role:
The main purpose of this role is to oversee and process accounting transactions with efficiency and high quality, ensure that all activities meet the requirements whilst maintaining a professional relationship with the client. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to extend the scope of his or her activities and responsibility.
Principal Accountabilities, key activities
Responsibility for AP transactions:
¨ Processing AP invoices
¨ Managing Travel Expenses
¨ Reconcile vendor accounts and perform corrections
Ensure closing and day to day processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Dealing with customer queries
Accurate performing of ad hoc postings
Identify potential process improvements
Support other team members in day to day processes (AR/AP area)
Key Qualifications required /Prerequisites
Language skills: English (intermediate level); Hungarian – communicative
University degree (bachelor as a minimum)
Educational background in finance and accounting will be an asset
Experience in an international environment will be highly regarded
Strong customer driven focus
Professional approach to work
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
Sound analytical skills
Practical experience (min 2 years) in accountancy/finance areas AR/AP is essential
Experience with ERP accounting systems (Oracle, AS400)
Good knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
