• University degree

• min 1 years of working experience in accounting
• Experience of working in a / within a multicultural, international environment.
• MS Office, JDE One World (or other ERP system) knowledge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cash collection,
• Acting as a specialist and first point of contact for customers,
• Delivering high levels of customer service,
• Following up on overdue accounts
• Participating in resolution of unclear payments
• Updating documentation
• Evaluating customer account and payment history and take appropriate action
• Working as a member of the team, participating fully in team activities, taking responsibility for team goals and coaching and supporting other members of the team to increase their competencies and skills
• Reporting to direct supervisor of any deviations from agreed standards (delays, use of wrong templates, missing input).
