With regards to dynamic development of our HR Shared Service Centre in Katowice, Poland we are looking for candidates for the following position:
HR Administrator
Hungarian speaker
Location: Katowice,
Key responsibilities:
Administration and support of outsourced payroll processes for Hungarian clients
Collecting and analysing clients enquiries regarding HR and labour law
Administering work time evidence and timesheets
Preparing HR, payroll and work time reports
Contacting managers, employees and Clients local HR departments
Administering SAP database (HR module)
Close collaboration with payroll specialists
Administering HR documentation in German
Skills and experience:
Fluency in Hungarian
Good team player with positive attitude
Impeccable communication skills
Very good organisational skills
Familiarity with MS Office (with special emphasis put on MS Excel)
Communicative level of English
Customer Service Experience is an advantage
