CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESSES SPECIALIST, CEE REGION
Location: Unilever Poland Services, Katowice
Department: Supply Chain, Order to Cash

The process from order taking from customers, through goods delivery to cash collection is called “Order to cash”. Unilever analyzed the industry’s best practice and developed its own solution.
The model aims at benefiting from efficient centralized operations. A key centre for Central Eastern Europe is now being set up in Katowice to run part of the Company’s Order to Cash operations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the operational tasks of orders or claims processing in the system, accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target
• Deliver different order to cash processes KPI’s
• Be in touch with local Customer Service organisations, warehousing and distribution, Transportation Tower
• Review and solve tickets in Customer Relationship Management System
• Ensure efficient customer service processes
Requirements:
• University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Services Operations
• Problem solving and decision making ability
• Analytical skills, multitasking
• English fluency
• Second communicative CEE language is obligatory (Czech, Slovakian, Romanian or Hungarian)
• Ability to work with various IT applications (Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage)
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
Great salary options and relocation package (first month double salary) plus 10% bonus for the Hungarian language Cheap flats can be found near Unilever, but it is better not asking for agents.. I highly recommend it, also Business Travels after 3 months probation period
