Experienced Finance Administrators are required for these newly created roles at the recently established Finance Shared Services Centre in Krakow which will provide an opportunity to be instrumental in the success of the newly established Centre and make an impact across the broader international organisation.
Reporting to a Finance Process Team Leader you will work in the areas of either Purchase to Pay (PtP), Order to Cash (OtC), or Record to Report (RtR). As a member of a high performing team you will play a part in the success of this newly established organization, working in a fast moving shared services environment. The scope of each process will include elements of the following functions:
- PtP: Invoice Processing, Payments Processing, AP Reconciliation, AP Reporting
- OtC: Sales Invoice Processing, Credit Control, AR Reconciliation, AR Reporting
- RtR: Journal Postings, Reconciliations, Inventory Accounting and Fixed Asset Accounting, closing Sub Ledgers, Suspense Account Clearing, Inter-company Reconciliations, Trial Balance Generation, Financial Statement Preparation and Management, and Statutory & Tax Reporting.
You should hold a University degree in finance or a related subject, and/or be part qualified in a recognized Accountancy body. You should have at least to 3 to 5 years’ experience in either a PtP, OtC or RtR process, preferably within a cross-border pan-European Financial Shared Services Centre environment, have a good understanding of ERP Accounting systems (SAP, Oracle)
Fluent English and Hungarian (written and spoken) are essential requirements for these positions.
