Hello!
I am looking for a person with native Hungarian who would like to join to our team!
Below you will find a few details about this job position:
Location: Wroclaw, Poland
Schedule: Full Time ( prefered) or flex time (possible)
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls and obtain payment of past due invoices
• Gather data and document proper systems per customer requirements
• Responsible for basic customer and team communication via telephone, e-mail
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Requirements:
• Native in Hungarian
• Good knowledge in English or Polish
• Customer Service and/or Collection experience
• General PC knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Must be detail oriented and possess good oral and written communication skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• One to three months related experience and/or training ( Lack of debt collection related knowledge is not an obstacle. We offer trainings and implementation program)
