Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Acts as the first line contact in respect of parts queries and requests for information from Dealers and customers
  • Closely liaises with all other Departments - particularly Materials
  • PDC and Parts Sales/Marketing, to promptly action and resolve Dealer and Customer requests
  • Processes new parts orders and expedite backorders.
  • Arranges special deliveries to dealers in respect of urgent requests
  • Resolves shipment and invoice queries
  • Liaises with suppliers to obtain part number and delivery information.
  • Maintains comprehensive records on all customers

    Experience and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
  • Applicants must be computer literate and an EPS expert
  • An excellent telephone manner and written communication skills are essential
  • Knowledge of trucks and truck parts is highly desirable or willingness to learn
  • Experience in a customer liaison type position is desirable, but an understanding of the need for outstanding customer service is an essential requirement
  • Customer service or business related NVQ is desirable
  • Other EU language is an advantage or the ability to understand requests submitted in other languages

    Essential requirements:
    • Bachelor diploma in relevant field;
    • Excellent knowledge of Hungarian and English Language plus at least one of the following languages; Romanian or Polish or Czech
    • Experience in Customer Service or willing to gain one;
