Our client is a large and fast growing international logistics solutions company. More than 5000 employees in 20 countries provide logistics solutions including international transportation, liquid transportation and integrated solutions for diverse customers worldwide. We are looking for candidates willing to work in a multinational logistics company.

Main responsibilities:

Preparing and maintaining personal files and job documentation relating to the maintenance of HR record
Supporting Personnel employees
Preparing, processing and distributing payroll
Preparing required reports
Preparing tax returns, social insurance,
Participating in all activities connected with internal and external trainings
Assist in recruitment process: interviewing job applicants; reviewing application/resume; evaluating applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications

Skills required:

At least two years experience in HR dept
At least one year experience in Payroll
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
Very good written and spoken English
Strong organizational skills
