For our client, a new Shared Service Centre and a prestigious multinational corporation we are urgently seeking for motivated and ambitious candidates for the position of:
AP
- Entry invoices from suppliers
- Ensure compliance with the tax and legal regulations
- Review personal expense reports to ensure their accuracy and compliance with the tax and legal regulations
- Perform reconciliations of AP related accounts
AR
- Booking of bank statements
- Maintaining contact with customers, agreeing settlement balances, debt collection
- Perform reconciliations of AR related accounts
- Maintaining positive relationships with team members
- Raise invoices for intercompany and other suppliers
GL
- Prepare and participate in the accounting activities migration process - documentation preparation, ongoing cooperation with the local business
- Provide effective communication and support to the team to ensure high standard of performance.
- Ensure the complete knowledge transfer to the back up persons (within the teams)
- Prepare monthly VAT declaration and other fiscal and statistical reports
- Perform GL month-end-closing activities including accounts reconciliation and FDC reporting
- Deal effectively and efficiently with GL inquires
- Coordinate all relevant audit requirements, ensure appropriate preparation regarding quality and time
Job requirements:
- Very good English
- Very good Hungarian or Romanian
- University degree, preferably in the economic
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in the area of AR,AP or GL
