Key responsibilities:
• Handling incoming calls concerning travels- airline tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurances, car rentals on Hungarian market
• Providing effective customer service
• Presenting professional company image while dealing with clients
• Selling the above-named products with the usage of internal procedures and techniques
Requirements:
• Fluent in both verbal and written Hungarian
• Communicative level of English
• High level of communication skills
• Proactive attitude oriented towards high quality of customer service
• Strong customer service orientation
Bonus points:
• Experience and/or interest in tourism and travelling field
• Knowledge of tourism market based on passion and experience in travelling
