Kariera Service Employment Agency No. 8087 as a consulting and service company specializing in the recruitment and selection of personnel for the position of middle and senior grades We are looking for candidates for the following position:
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Hungarian/ English
Key responsibilities:
Providing proffesional service for our customer
Building customer relationships
Follow the determined guidelines related to the call or mail handling
Promote a positive working environment
Administration and support of outsourced payroll processes for our clients
Administering work time evidence and timesheets
Contacting managers, employees and Client’s
Administering documentation in Hungarian
Skills and experience:
Fluent in Hungarian
Good team player with positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Very good organisational skills
Knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel
Very good English (B2)
Customer Service Experience is an advantage
