we are currently looking for:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH ENGLISH AND HUNGARIAN
LOCATION: CRACOW
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Helping customers with technical problems and providing information about company’s products,
•Providing technical customer assistance to company's client's customers,
•Supporting end users of online advertising, applications or hardware,
•Taking ownership of on-going customer issues from start to successful completion with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction,
•Helping with billing and payment queries.
EXPECTATIONS:
•Fluent Hungarian,
•Very good knowledge of English,
•Excellent communication skills,
•Customer Service experience would be an asset,
•An effective team player who is able to also work independently,
•Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively,
•Very customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner,
•Robust multitasking skills,
