Customer Service Specialist with Hungarian
Miejsce pracy: Wrocław
Duties:
Responsible for validating customer entitlement, log case for the purpose of routing or dispatching an end-user to the proper resources.
Monitor the service event through completion for compliance.
Manage the service requests of customers through different access channels.
Reviews customer feedback related to customer entitlement & case management.
Provide basic analysis of cases.
Entering data according to international standards and internal procedures
Answering customer queries
Providing information about services
Requirements:
General computer literacy (familiarity of Operating System (Windows 2000), MS Word & Excel)
Fluent knowledge of Hungarian
Customer service excellence - enjoys direct contact with customers by telephone and understanding the customer’s needs, displays diplomacy, is polite, remains calm, listens, and apologies where necessary, always portrays a professional & positive image to the customer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native language, calm and methodical approach, active listening skills, listens to the customer, responds with appropriate feedback
Good knowledge of English - understanding trainings/meetings delivered in this language
Ability to work under pressure
Logical approach to problem resolution,
Team player
