Our client is an international home products company that operates in Poznan (Poland) within shared service center providing payroll and finance services for European countries.
All over the Hungary we are looking for Candidates interested to work in Poland Poznań as
Payroll Specialist
Within this role, you will be required to ensure that payroll processes are in line with country specific requirements, and internal auditing requirements, evaluate and monitor the quality of the delivered services and support continuous improvement of processes and initiatives, actively participate in local HR projects. You will be responsible for providing customer-focused services, striving for efficiency and simplicity together with the personnel administration team.
The successful candidate will have proven customer orientation and passion for providing exceptional service to the business, proven working experience in Hungarian payroll process (certificated, if possible), strong communication and organization skills. Advanced English language skills are required.
