Requirements:
- outstanding Polish and English language skills
- strong computer skills
- communication and troubleshooting skills
- customer oriented personality
- EU citizenship or permanent residence permit is a must
Tasks:
- manage customer claims
- properly handle customer requirements (via phone or e-mail)
- track customer orders
- regular communication with key customers in Polish
- manage and maintain the customer database
- answering customer complaints, solve complex problems
