Customer Service Representative / Shared Service Centre Consultant
(with English and Hungarian)

Candidate’s profile:
• Excellent English language skills (both written and oral) C1 level,
• Fluent Hungarian language skills (both written and oral) B2 level,
• Higher education or last year of university,
• Working knowledge of MS Office,
• High level of communication skills, organizational and a team spilit,
• Movitated and willing to expand his/her knowledge,
• Patient and accurate,
• Interest in the field of customer service area and/or logistics would be an advantage.
Range of responsibilities:
• Cooperation with business partners from all over Europe,
• Managing and updating internal database,
• Registering and verifying new data,
• Search for business partners,
• Provide information to customers about products and services.
