For our client’s recently established BPO centre in Kraków, we are looking for:
Customer Service Representative with Hungarian.
The position is characterized by: helping customers work systematically through technical problems and help customers understand the features and benefits of new products that best meet their needs, Supporting end users of online advertising, applications or hardware through existing and new support channels, and taking ownership of on-going customer issues from start to successful completion with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction.
We are looking for people speaking fluent Hungarian and very good English. The candidate should have excellent written communications skills and strong communication skills and positive approach to tasks.
