Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as the first line contact in respect of parts queries and requests for information from Dealers and customers
- Closely liaises with all other Departments - particularly Materials
- PDC and Parts Sales/Marketing, to promptly action and resolve Dealer and Customer requests
- Processes new parts orders and expedite backorders.
- Arranges special deliveries to dealers in respect of urgent requests
- Resolves shipment and invoice queries
- Liaises with suppliers to obtain part number and delivery information.
- Maintains comprehensive records on all customers
Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
- Applicants must be computer literate and an EPS expert
- An excellent telephone manner and written communication skills are essential
- Knowledge of trucks and truck parts is highly desirable or willingness to learn
- Experience in a customer liaison type position is desirable, but an understanding of the need for outstanding customer service is an essential requirement
- Customer service or business related NVQ is desirable
- Other EU language is an advantage or the ability to understand requests submitted in other languages
Essential requirements:- Bachelor diploma in relevant field;
- Excellent knowledge of Hungarian and English Language plus at least one of the following languages; Romanian or Polish or Czech
- Experience in Customer Service or willing to gain one;
